This machine is used to thermal bond the web from cross lapper by melting the low melt fiber by hot air penetration.

1. Material delivery by double Teflon belt clamping, the gap between double Teflon belts is adjustable to produce thermal bonding waddings of different thickness.
2. Hot air circulation system adopts the method of convection by blowing from above and sucking from below. 2 fans and ventilation cavity form two independent setting zones. Air flow distributes into multi-areas to reach the evenness of air volume and air pressure. The temperature of these two setting zones is displayed directly by thermometer.
3. The frame components are composed of web-in wall board, main frame and web-out wall board. Main frame is welded by channel steel to achieve the best steadiness.
4. Insulation board filled with rock wool has the excellent performance of pressure-resistance and heat insulation, in order to control heat-loss and reduce energy waste.
