- Machine frame is made of high quality castings(HT200), high temperature removed stress and high-precision processed, assembled with brace.
- Speed of feeding is adjustable, with pressing roller for evenly feeding.
- Four rollers for feeding with diameter φ65mm, anti-metal protection device is used at the material input of machine, which could test the metal and has auto-stop warning.
- There are 5 sets of working roller and stripping roller on cylinder to form carding section, and card fiber completely with even web.
- Each transmission mechanism runs stably, without unusual vibration and impact load.
- The surface of carding wire is smooth, without hook tangling chemical fiber and wire barbed. The end of wire is welded firmly and smoothly.
- The surface of conveying lattice is clean; smooth; anti-skidding and antistatic, without deflection when running.
