Product Description

1. Technical data: Working width:2500-4500mm

     2. Structure and characteristic:

a. PVC conveyor is matched for the input and output side.
b. The drafting area is composed by 5 wired rollers and 2 smooth rollers. The drafting roller is in M shape and the gap between each roller can be adjusted separately. The smooth roller can prevent the web from enwinding on the wired roller and can improve the surface of web to be more evenness. 
c. It adopts separate frequency conversion driving and the draft ratio for front and backward machines can be fine turning, which guarantee the evenness of web.
d. The roller of lower layer is fixed, but the roller of upper layer can be adjusted by hand wheel. It is easy to clean and maintain and suitable to different product weight.  
e. Unique driving design, easy to change driving parts and change drafting ratio; suitable to different requirements of product.
