YYHM-Big Chamber Blender
Function and characteristics:
1. Mix and store the opened fiber in a large volume to achieve continuous automated production.
2. Rotary separator to ensure the fiber is distributed in the blending chamber evenly.
3. Photo electric sensors control the chamber status.
4. Galvanized or stainless steel sheet construction is available for chamber construction.
5. Double sets of photo-electric sensors to control the chamber fiber levels
6. Floor conveyor lattice, incline lattice and leveling roller are inverter driven.
A. Separation of return fibers from card with pressure-free performance for reuse properly.
B. Transport of fibers by fan to promt the fiber easily suctioned from the condenser.
C. Two-way distributor is designed for a wsitch unit with pneumatic conveying system.
