1.Introduction of product

The machine is used to open the fiber from Cabinet collector or Big blender, and convey it to Feeder by fiber-conveying fan.

2. Basic structure and main Characteristics:
YYKS-II-150 main opener consists of frame, licker-in roller, rollers, press fiber roller and conveying lattice. Structure and drive refer to the drawing. Main characteristics as below:
a. The machine frame is made of Q235-A steel plate welded and after qualitative treatment;
b. Feeding lattice is leather lattice;
c. Feeding rollers are steeliness groove style rollers; up and bottom rollers pressing;
d. Opening roller, diameter of 450 is seamless steel pipe with card wire plate for dynamic balance;
e. Fiber transfer fan is separately driven, matching with the pipe and its diameter is 300mm, with permanent strong magnet equipped;
f. Feeder is controlled by photoelectric on cabinet collector of main opener or on big blender, and equipped with positive and reverse switch.
