Main production line

The weight of product is heavy, the thickness of lapped web layer is high, the web layers should be fed into the first needle punching machine somoothly. We make special modification for the standard cross lapper to guarantee such higher lapped web layer feeding smoothly, no hanging, no folding. 

 

Infrared oven heated by electricity, fast heating up, 5 minutes to reach 180°C; 

Quartz heating tube, uniform radiation, temperature control within ±1°C, the product hardness on different part is even from inside to outside, and hard to be layered.

Needle punching machines are playing very improtant role for acoustic fiber board, which has very high requiremens about the product smooth surface. Our needle punching machines solved the problems of needle marks on the product surface.
