The stenter is suitable for after-treatment processing of nonwovens, such as asphalt felt substrate, shoe material and carpet, for less shrinkage and non-deformation.

The oven is a kind of small oven in block style with hot air   circulating. It is composed of machine frame, insulation plate, air spraying   pipe, air-guiding box, circulating blower fan, etc.
a The machine frame is welded from channel steel in frame structure..
b The heat insulating plate with the  thickness of 80mm is full of glass fiber for warmth. The doors around sides for heat preservation added silicon rubber enjoy  high-temperature resistance. The doors
 could improve leak proofness and heat preservation.
c The air spraying pipe is in cuniform. And the air nozzles are circle air ducts distribute regularly. The exit of air spraying adopts ramjet.
d There are two circulating fans for each section of oven which are in centrifugal style, indirectly drive, and equipped with 5.5kw motor. The blower fan could draw from the outside of the oven to facilitate the maintenance.
e Heat resource circulating: heated by natural gas(up and down there are one burner for each to control the temperature separately.)
f Air exhausted and hydrofuge: Two sets of air exhausted and hydrofuge blower fan set on the top of the oven; the power of driven fan is 2.2kw. They could control the amount of air exhausting and hydrofuge. The two sets of air exhausted and hydrofuge blower fan set have eight air absorption entrance all over.
g The ruler is put at the oven entrance to measure and show the fabric width.
h Device for fabric outlet and drop: The device for fabric outlet and drop is composed of fabric outlet cooling, dropping frame, dropping drive, etc. The dropping frame adopts box style with steel plate
i Drive and controlling method: The machine adopts motor drive controlling, frequency convert and electromagnetism slip frequency to control the speed.
j Thermometer set on each section of the oven, which would show the working temperature on each section.
